The Challenge
The organization had fragmented reporting across dozens of Excel spreadsheets and legacy tools. Different departments produced conflicting numbers for the same KPIs, eroding trust in data. Leadership needed a single source of truth with governed, self-service analytics that non-technical users could actually adopt.
Our Solution
We implemented a centralized Tableau Server environment with a governed data layer, role-based access controls, and standardized KPI definitions. We trained department leads and built 30+ production dashboards covering finance, operations, sales, and HR. A data governance framework ensured consistent metrics across the organization.
